By using PlayLearn Quest, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Who Can Use PlayLearn Quest
PlayLearn Quest is designed for children ages 3–7 with a parent or guardian managing the account. A parent or guardian must create and manage any account used by a child. By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and authorized to provide consent on behalf of any child using the account.
3. Subscription Plans
We offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis. Prices are shown in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use PlayLearn Quest for personal, educational purposes only. You may not use the app for illegal activities, abuse the platform, or attempt to access restricted areas of the service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, characters, designs, and code in PlayLearn Quest are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes, and continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
